360 Degree Safe Tool for Schools

In 2013 South West Grid for Learning and Scottish Government worked in partnership to produce a new version of the award winning 360 degree safe e-safety self review tool for Scottish schools.

The 360 degree safe tool has been in use across the UK for four years and now has over 4,000 registered schools and users. The tool allows schools to review their provision, to benchmark it against other schools using the tool and to bring about improvement through targeted improvement actions and a wide range of policy templates and resources.

The Scottish version of the online Self Review Tool has been adapted to take account of legislation, structures and practice in Scotland. It is suitable for local authority schools and independent schools.

With your Glow log-in you have access to a valuable tool that will support your school in evaluating its approaches to e-safety.
