Mobile Technologies Project – can your primary school help?

Open University Logo

The Open University in collaboration with Lancaster University is currently undertaking an exciting new project exploring how mobile technologies are being used in primary school classrooms across the UK.

The project, New Practices – New Parameters – New Pedagogy (NP3), is a two-year study which is being funded by the Society for Educational Studies.

The Open University is currently seeking schools that are making use of mobile devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones (and their related tools and technologies) within their everyday practice. This could be in the classroom, supporting teaching and learning, or as part of wider-school strategies, such as using social media to keep schools and parents better connected.
